5.1 Wiring the Control Box

The control box requires connection to the vehicle's ACC (Accessory) power to operate normally. Follow these steps for proper wiring:

1. Connect the red wire from the control box to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
2. Connect the blue wire from the control box to the ACC power source. This ensures the panel operates only when the vehicle's ignition is on.
3. Connect the black wire from the control box to the negative (-) terminal of the battery or a suitable ground point on the vehicle chassis.
4. Connect your auxiliary devices (e.g., LED Headlights, Wheel Lights, Whip Lights, Driving Lights, Light Bar, Underglow Lights) to the numbered output terminals (1-4) on the control box.

5.2 Mounting the Switch Panel

Use the provided bracket and screws to securely mount the switch panel in a convenient location within your vehicle's cabin. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and stable.

5.3 Applying Decal Stickers

Select appropriate decal stickers from the provided 140 options to label each button on the switch panel according to the connected device's function. This helps in quick identification and operation.

6. Funcionament

6.1 Powering the Panel

The switch panel can be powered by AAA batteries or continuously via the USB cable. If using batteries, ensure they are correctly inserted into the battery compartment. If using USB, the cable must remain connected for continuous power without changing batteries.

6.2 Pairing the Panel with the Control Box

El panell de commutadors i la caixa de control es comuniquen sense fil. Segueix aquests passos per emparellar-los:

1. Press the pairing button located on the control box.
2. Then, press any button on the wireless switch panel.

6.3 Setting Control Modes

The BA40 offers four distinct control modes for each button. You can customize each button independently:

1. Power on the panel.
2. Long-press any two buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the white backlight turns off and yellow indicators light up/start flashing. You have now entered Control Mode Setting.
3. Premeu qualsevol botó repetidament per canviar pels 4 modes:
   • Llum constant: Roman activat fins que es torna a prémer (Activa/desactiva).
   • Estroboscopi: Intermitent ràpid.
   • Flash: Slow blinking.
   • momentània: Només actiu mentre es prem el botó.
   The yellow indicator confirms mode selection. Set each button to your desired mode.
4. Després de configurar tots els botons, premeu llargament dos botons simultàniament durant 3 segons de nou. L'indicador groc parpellejarà una vegada i s'apagarà, confirmant que la configuració s'ha completat.

7. Manteniment

• Keep the switch panel and control box clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Comproveu regularment totes les connexions del cablejat per comprovar si estan ben ajustades i si hi ha signes de desgast o corrosió.
• If a fuse blows, replace it with a spare fuse of the same rating. Refer to the spare fuses included in the package. Always use fuses with the correct amperage to prevent damage to the system.
