- Neteja inicial: Before first use, wash the urn body, lid, brew basket, and pump tube in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Muntar: Place the pump tube (stem) into the center well of the urn. Place the brew basket over the pump tube.
- Posició: Place the coffee urn on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface away from the edge of the counter. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the urn for ventilation.

- Tapa segura: Place the lid securely on the urn. Ensure it is properly seated to prevent steam from escaping during brewing.
- Connectar: Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. The red "POWER" indicator light will illuminate.
- Brewing Cycle: The brewing cycle will begin automatically. Water will heat and pump up through the stem, over the coffee grounds, and filter back into the urn.
- Brewing Complete: Once brewing is complete, the green "READY" indicator light will illuminate, and the red "POWER" light may turn off or remain on depending on the model's warming function. The urn will automatically switch to a warming mode to keep the coffee hot.
- Servir: To dispense coffee, press the spigot lever.

- Clean Urn Interior: Wash the interior of the urn with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for stainless steel can be used. Rinse thoroughly by filling with clean water and dispensing through the spigot several times.
- Clean Urn Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the urn with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the urn body in water.
- Descale (Periodically): Mineral deposits from water can build up over time. To descale, fill the urn with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water. Brew this solution through a cycle (without coffee grounds). After the cycle, discard the solution, then run 2-3 cycles with clean water to rinse thoroughly.
