1. Introducció

This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Clarion DXZ 638 RMP car audio system. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the unit to ensure correct usage and to prevent damage.

3. Configuració i configuració inicial

3.1. Engegada inicial

After professional installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The unit should power on automatically or by pressing the PODER botó.

3.2. Configuració del rellotge

1. Premeu el botó MENÚ botó per accedir al menú principal.
2. Navigate to "Time Settings" using the VOLUM/SELECT perilla.
3. Press the knob to select. Adjust hours and minutes using the knob, then press again to confirm each setting.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1. Controls bàsics

• Encès/apagat: Premeu el botó PODER botó.
• Ajust de volum: Gira el VOLUM/SELECT perilla.
• Selecció de la font: Premeu el botó SRC (Source) button repeatedly to cycle through available sources (Tuner, CD, AUX).

4.2. Operació de ràdio

1. Select "Tuner" as the source using the SRC botó.
2. Selecció de la banda: Premeu el botó BANDA button to switch between FM1, FM2, FM3, and AM.
3. Sintonització manual: Premeu el botó SINTONIA up/down buttons (or rotate the VOLUM/SELECT knob in tuning mode) to change frequency step-by-step.

5. Estacions preseleccionades: To store a station, tune to the desired frequency, then press and hold one of the preset buttons (1-6) until you hear a beep. To recall, simply press the corresponding preset button.

4.3. CD/MP3 Playback

1. Carregant un CD: Insert a CD into the disc slot with the label side up. The unit will automatically pull in the disc and begin playback.
2. Ejecting a CD: Premeu el botó EJECTAR botó.
3. Reproduir/pausa: Premeu el botó REPRODUCCIÓ/PAUSA botó.
4. Salt de pista: Premeu el botó SALTAR forward/backward buttons.
5. Folder Navigation (MP3/WMA): Utilitza el CARPETA up/down buttons to navigate between folders on an MP3/WMA disc.

4.4. Ajustaments d'àudio

Premeu el botó ÀUDIO button to cycle through various audio settings such as Bass, Treble, Balance, and Fader. Use the VOLUM/SELECT knob to adjust the selected setting.

5. Manteniment

5.1. Neteja de la unitat

• Wipe the front panel with a soft, dry cloth.
• No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius, ceres ni dissolvents.

5.2. CD Care

• Agafeu els CD per les vores per evitar les empremtes dactilars.
• Guardeu els CD a les seves fundes quan no els feu servir.
• Clean dirty CDs with a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outwards.
• Do not use scratched, warped, or irregularly shaped discs.
