1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge i inspecció

Carefully remove the router and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Do not operate the tool if any damage is observed. Contact customer support if parts are missing or damaged.

4.2 Collet and Router Bit Installation

5. Tighten the collet nut using the provided wrenches (16mm and 23mm). Ensure the bit is securely fastened to prevent it from slipping during operation.

Nota: If bits become stuck, lightly tap the side of the collet nut with a soft plastic mallet before attempting to loosen with wrenches. This can help release the bit.

4.3 Attaching the Fixed Base

The M12VC is a fixed-base router. The motor unit slides into the fixed base. Use the two-stage motor release clamp to secure the motor at the desired height within the base. Ensure the clamp is fully engaged before operation.
