Instruccions importants de seguretat

Please read all instructions carefully before using the FLAMA G1600 Contact Grill. Keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

Configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove the grill and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
2. Col·locació: Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the grill for ventilation.

Instruccions de funcionament

Preescalfament de la graella:

1. Tanqueu la tapa de la graella.
2. Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (1-5). The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating.
3. Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.

Posicions de cocció:

• Closed Position (Contact Grill): Ideal for grilling sandwiches, paninis, burgers, and thinner cuts of meat or vegetables. Place food on the bottom plate and close the lid. The floating hinge adjusts to the thickness of the food.
• Partially Open Position (Top Browning/Grilling): Lift the top plate and lock it into a hovering position above the food. Useful for melting cheese or browning the top of dishes without direct contact.
• Fully Open Position (Flat Grill/Griddle): Open the grill completely so both plates lie flat, side-by-side. This creates a larger cooking surface, suitable for cooking multiple items simultaneously, like pancakes, eggs, or larger quantities of meat and vegetables.

• Lightly brush food with oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking, even with non-stick plates.
• Avoid overcrowding the grill to ensure even cooking.
• Use wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
• Always ensure the grease drip tray is correctly inserted before cooking.

Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your FLAMA G1600 Contact Grill.

1. Refredament: Desendolleu sempre la graella de la presa de corrent i deixeu-la refredar completament abans de netejar-la.
2. Treure la safata de degoteig: Carefully remove the grease drip tray and empty its contents. Wash the tray with warm, soapy water.
3. Neteja les plaques de graella:
   • For light residue, wipe the plates with a damp drap o tovallola de paper.
   • For stubborn food residue, use a plastic scraper to gently remove it. You may also dampen a paper towel with a small amount of cooking oil to loosen residue, then wipe clean.
   • The grill plates are non-removable. Do not immerse the entire appliance in water.
