1. Informació de seguretat

3. Configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de bateries

1. Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria que es troba a la part inferior de la càmera.
2. Insert two AA-size alkaline or fully charged NiMH rechargeable batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Tanqueu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria de manera segura fins que encaixi al seu lloc.

Nota: The camera uses AA batteries. For optimal performance and longer shooting times, consider using high-capacity NiMH rechargeable batteries.

3.2. Inserció d'una targeta de memòria

1. Obriu la tapa de la ranura de la targeta de memòria, que normalment es troba al lateral o a la part inferior de la càmera.
2. Insert the SD or MultiMediaCard (MMC) into the slot with the label facing the correct direction, as indicated by the diagram near the slot. Push until it clicks into place.
3. Tanqueu bé la tapa de la ranura de la targeta de memòria.

Nota: The camera supports standard SD cards. SDHC or SDXC cards are not compatible. A 16MB MultiMediaCard is included, but a larger capacity SD card (up to 2GB recommended) is advised for extended shooting.

3.3. Col·locació de la corretja de canell

Thread the included wrist strap through the strap eyelet on the camera body and secure it. This helps prevent accidental drops.

4. Funcionament de la càmera

4.1. Encès / apagat

Premeu el botó PODER botó per encendre o apagar la càmera. L'objectiu s'estendrà quan s'engegui.

4.2. Fotografia bàsica (mode automàtic)

1. Estableix el dial de mode a AUTO.
2. Frame your subject using the LCD monitor or optical viewcercador.
3. Press the shutter button halfway down to focus. The focus frame will illuminate green when focus is achieved.

4.3. Ús del zoom

Use the zoom lever located around the shutter button to adjust the focal length. Push towards W per a gran angular (allunyament) i cap a T for telephoto (zooming in). The camera features a 4x optical zoom and a digital zoom function.

4.4. Modes de tir

The PowerShot A530 offers various shooting modes for different scenarios. Rotate the mode dial to select:

• Nens i mascotes: Fast focusing for moving subjects.
• Escena nocturna: Balances background exposure with flash for subjects.
• Instantànies nocturnes: Natural-looking pictures with brighter backgrounds and flash-lit subjects.
• Color Accent: Retains one color, making others monochrome.
• Color Swap: Replaces a selected color with another.
• Digital Macro: For extreme close-up shots.

4.5. Gravació de vídeos

Estableix el dial de mode a Pel·lícula mode. Press the shutter button to start and stop recording. The camera supports VGA (640 x 480) at 10 frames per second (fps) or QVGA (320 x 240) at 20 fps with sound. Compact Movie Mode (QQVGA 160 x 120 at 15 fps) is also available.

4.6. Reproducció d'imatges

Premeu el botó JUGAR botó per view captured images and videos. Use the directional buttons to navigate through your media.

4.7. Connexió a un ordinador

Use the included USB Interface Cable (IFC-400PCU) to connect the camera to your computer. Press the Print/Share button to initiate image transfer. Install the Digital Camera Solution CD-ROM software for full functionality.

4.8. Direct Printing

Connect the PowerShot A530 directly to a PictBridge-compatible printer (e.g., Canon CP, SELPHY, or PIXMA Photo Printer) using the USB cable. Press the illuminated Print/Share button to print images directly from the camera.

5. Manteniment

5.1. Neteja de la càmera

5.2. Cura de la bateria

• Traieu les piles quan no utilitzeu la càmera durant un període prolongat.
• Guardeu les piles en un lloc fresc i sec.

5.3. Emmagatzematge

Store the camera in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use a camera case to protect it from dust and scratches.
