Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

The TRC-590M operates on two 'AA' batteries. To install:

Slide the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow to open.
Insert two 'AA' batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as marked inside the compartment.
Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it until it clicks into place.

Nota: Use alkaline batteries for best performance. Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

2. Microcassette Tape Insertion

To insert a microcassette tape:

Place the microcassette tape into the compartment with the open side facing the recorder's head. Ensure the tape reels align with the spindles.
Gently close the cassette compartment door until it latches securely.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Gravació

Per començar a gravar:

Ensure a microcassette tape is inserted and batteries are installed.
Premeu el botó REC button. The OPR/BATT indicator light will illuminate, and the tape will begin to move.
Speak clearly into the built-in microphone.
To pause recording, slide the JUGAR button slightly forward to the PAUSE position. Slide it back to resume.

2. Enregistrament activat per veu (VAR)

The TRC-590M features a Voice Activated Recording function, which starts recording automatically when sound is detected and pauses when sound stops.

To activate VAR, slide the VAR switch (if present, typically on the side) to the 'ON' position.
Premeu el botó REC button. The recorder will now only record when sound is present.
To deactivate VAR, slide the VAR switch to the 'OFF' position.

3. Reproducció

To listen to a recording:

Premeu el botó JUGAR button. The tape will begin to play.
Adjust the volume using the volume control dial, usually located on the side of the unit.

To quickly move through the tape:

5. Counter Reset

The tape counter helps you locate specific sections on the tape. To reset the counter to '000', press the RESET button located near the counter display.
