Configuració

1. Desembalatge

Carefully remove the stapler and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to your supplier.

Connect the tool to a clean, dry air supply using a 1/4-inch NPT male quick-connect plug. Ensure the air pressure is regulated between 80-120 PSI. An inline air filter/lubricator is recommended for optimal tool life.

3. Insert a strip of 16-gauge, 7/16-inch crown staples (1 to 2 inches in length) into the magazine slot. Ensure the staples are oriented correctly with the crown facing up.
4. Release the pusher assembly, allowing it to gently push the staples forward until they are seated against the nosepiece.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Firing Mechanism

The SNS41 features a contact actuation (bump fire) mode. To fire a staple:

1. Connecteu el subministrament d'aire.

3. Press the nosepiece firmly against the workpiece. The tool will fire a staple upon contact.
4. To fire multiple staples rapidly, keep the trigger depressed and "bump" the nosepiece against the workpiece at desired fastening points.

Nota: Be aware that the trigger is sensitive, and rapid contact can lead to multiple staples being fired quickly. Always maintain control of the tool.

The depth of staple drive can be adjusted to suit different materials and desired finishes. Locate the depth adjustment mechanism near the nosepiece. Rotate the adjustment wheel or lever to increase or decrease the staple's penetration depth. Test on a scrap piece of material before final application.

3. Exhaust Adjustment

The 360-degree adjustable exhaust allows you to direct the expelled air away from your face or the workpiece. Simply rotate the exhaust cap to the desired position.
