Configuració

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encès: Plug the unit into a suitable electrical outlet. The power indicator light (usually green) will illuminate.
2. Temperatura establerta: Turn the adjustable thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The temperature range is from 120°F to 570°F. A higher setting will result in faster cooking and darker grilling marks.
3. Preescalfament: Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the ready indicator light (usually orange/red) turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
4. A la brasa: Carefully place your sandwich or food item onto the lower cast iron plate. Gently lower the upper plate onto the food. The even heat distribution from both plates will cook the item simultaneously.
