Introducció
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Emerson 1F89-0211 Non-Programmable Thermostat. Precaucions de seguretat
- Apagueu l'alimentació to the heating/cooling system at the main fuse or circuit breaker panel before installation.
- This thermostat operates on 24 VAC or Millivolt systems. Ensure compatibility with your HVAC system.

Ubicació de muntatge
Install the thermostat on an inside wall, approximately 5 feet (1.5 meters) above the floor. Choose a location with good air circulation, away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources (e.g., lamps, appliances, fireplaces).
Instruccions de cablejat
- Apagueu l'alimentació to the heating/cooling system.
- Traieu el termòstat antic de la paret.
- Label the wires connected to your old thermostat with the corresponding terminal letters before disconnecting them.
- Munteu la nova placa base del termòstat a la paret amb els cargols proporcionats.
- Connect the labeled wires to the appropriate terminals on the new thermostat. Refer to the wiring diagram specific to your heat pump system (typically found in your HVAC system's manual or by consulting a professional).
- Insert the two AA batteries into the battery compartment.

Funcionament
The Emerson 1F89-0211 thermostat features a simple interface for controlling your home's temperature.
Commutador de sistema
The system switch allows you to select the operating mode for your HVAC system.
- GUAI: Activa el sistema de refrigeració.

Interruptor de ventilador
The fan switch controls the operation of your system's fan.

Ajust de temperatura
Utilitza el Up (▲) i Avall (▼) arrow buttons on the right side of the thermostat to adjust the desired temperature setting. The current temperature and set temperature will be displayed on the 2-inch LCD screen.
Manteniment
Canvi de bateria
The thermostat is dual-powered (hardwired or battery powered). If using batteries, replace the two AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
- Estireu suaument el cos del termòstat per separar-lo de la placa de paret.
- Traieu les piles AA antigues.
- Introduïu dues piles alcalines AA noves, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+/-).
- Enganxeu el cos del termòstat de nou a la placa de paret.
Neteja
Netegeu l'exterior del termòstat amb un drap suau iamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
