Muntatge i muntatge

1. Desembalatge:

2. Mounting the Sander:

Instruccions de funcionament

Funcionament general:

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye, hearing, and respiratory protection.
• Ensure the workpiece is free of nails, screws, or other foreign objects that could damage the sanding surfaces.
• Turn the sander ON using the power switch. Allow the belt and disc to reach full speed before beginning work.
• Apply light, even pressure when sanding. Excessive pressure can overload the motor and reduce sanding efficiency.

Using the Belt Sander:

• Position the workpiece firmly against the belt and the work table.
• Move the workpiece smoothly across the belt to achieve an even finish.
• For sanding inside curves or odd shapes, the removable platen can be detached to expose the belt.
• Adjust the belt work table angle as needed for bevel sanding.

Using the Disc Sander:

• Always sand on the downward-rotating side of the disc (left side when facing the disc) to prevent the workpiece from being thrown.
• Hold the workpiece firmly against the disc and the work table.
• Use the deluxe miter gauge for precise angle sanding on the disc.
• Move the workpiece slowly and evenly across the disc surface.

Adjusting Work Tables:

• To adjust the angle of the work tables, loosen the locking knob(s) located beneath the table.
• Tilt the table to the desired angle (0° to 45°) and securely tighten the locking knob(s).
• Use a protractor or angle gauge to verify the angle for precision work.
