Setup: Blade Replacement
These replacement blades are designed to fit most standard 60mm rotary cutters. Follow the instructions below based on your rotary cutter's blade hub type.
Standard Blade Hub Replacement

- Step 1: Remove Thumb Nut. Carefully unscrew and remove the thumb nut from the rotary cutter.
- Step 2: Remove Used Blade. Hold onto the blade hub and carefully remove the used blade.
- Step 3: Place New Blade. Position a new 60mm replacement blade onto the blade hub. Ensure it sits flat and securely.
- Step 4: Replace Thumb Nut. Screw the thumb nut back onto the rotary cutter, securing the new blade in place.
EasyChange™ Flip-Open Blade Hub Replacement

- Step 1: Remove Magnetic Hub and Blade. Flip the blade hub handle and turn to remove the magnetic hub and the old blade.
- Step 2: Release Blade. Press the hub onto a surface (an empty plastic blade tray, if available) to release the spring and the blade.
- Step 3: Pick Up New Blade. Press the magnetic blade hub onto a new blade to pick it up.
- Step 4: Secure Hub. Turn the blade hub handle to secure the hub back into the rotary cutter.

- Extending the 60mm Blade: To fully extend the 60mm blade, hold down the blade retraction button while simultaneously sliding the blade extender.
- Tècnica de tall: Place the material on a cutting mat. Align your ruler or template. Apply firm, even pressure to the rotary cutter as you roll it along the edge of the ruler or template to make a clean cut.

Important: Do not hold down the blade retraction button when extending a 45mm blade, as this will overextend it.
