Configuració

Funcionament general

1. Preparació: Prepare your food item (e.g., chicken, turkey, roast) according to your recipe. For best results with whole poultry, tie the wings and legs securely to the body to prevent them from dangling during rotation.

   • For whole poultry or roasts, use the rotisserie spit rods. Secure the food evenly on the spit.
   • For smaller items like hamburgers or vegetables, place them in the nonstick rotisserie basket.
3. Placement in Unit: Carefully insert the loaded spit or basket into the rotisserie unit, ensuring it is properly seated in the rotation mechanism. Place the drip tray at the bottom of the unit to collect drippings.
