Instruccions de funcionament
- Preparació dels grans: Ensure grains are clean and dry. The hopper capacity is 850g for wheat.
- Place Collection Bowl: Position a bowl or container under the flour chute to collect the milled flour.
- Ajusta la finesa: The fineness of the grind is adjusted by rotating the hopper. Turn the hopper clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. The adjustment scale is located on the front of the mill, marked from "Fein" (fine) to "Grob" (coarse).

- Desconnectar: Always unplug the mill from the power outlet before cleaning.

- Neteja la cambra de mòlta: The grinding mechanism can be easily opened without tools. Rotate the hopper counter-clockwise until it can be lifted off. Use a small brush to clean any flour residue from the grinding stones and chamber.
- Cleaning After Oily Grains (if applicable): If you have milled any slightly oily grains (though generally not recommended for this mill), it is advisable to grind a small amount of rice afterwards. This helps to clean and dry the grinding stones.
