The Bravilor Bonamat TH is a fast filter coffee and tea brewing machine designed for direct brewing into insulated carafes or airpots (insulated carafe not included). It is ideal for offices, catering, and other environments requiring quick and efficient coffee preparation.

2. Instruccions de seguretat

4. Configuració i primer ús

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove the coffee machine from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Col·locació: Place the machine on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

4. Initial Cleaning (Before First Use):

   • Place an empty insulated carafe (not included) under the brewing funnel.
   • Run a brewing cycle without coffee grounds to rinse the internal components. Discard this water.
   • Repeat this process 2-3 times to ensure thorough cleaning.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Elaboració de cafè

1. Prepare Carafe: Place an empty, clean insulated carafe or airpot (not included) under the brewing funnel. Ensure it is correctly positioned to catch all brewed coffee.
2. Insereix un filtre: Place a suitable paper filter (e.g., Bravilor Bonamat filter paper) into the stainless steel filter pan.
3. Afegeix el marc de cafè: Add the desired amount of fresh coffee grounds into the filter. For optimal results, use medium-coarse ground coffee. The machine has a batch capacity of 2.2 liters.
4. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Open the water inlet lid and carefully pour fresh, cold water into the water inlet opening at the front. The LED indicator will show when the device is sufficiently filled. Do not overfill.
5. Comença a fer cervesa: Press the power button to start the brewing process. The machine will begin heating the water and dispensing it over the coffee grounds.
6. Finalització de la cervesa: The brewing process for 2.2 liters takes approximately 7 minutes. An acoustic signal will sound when brewing is complete.
7. Servir: Carefully remove the insulated carafe. The coffee is now ready to be served.

5.2 Brewing Tea

The Bravilor Bonamat TH can also be used to brew tea. Follow the same steps as for coffee brewing, but use tea leaves or tea bags in the filter pan instead of coffee grounds. Adjust the quantity of tea and water according to your preference.

6. Manteniment i Neteja

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee machine. Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

6.1 Neteja diària

• Exterior: Netegeu l'exterior de la màquina amb anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni fregalls.
• Filter Pan: Remove the stainless steel filter pan and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Safata de degoteig: If applicable, empty and clean the drip tray.

6.2 Descalcificació

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) can build up inside the machine, affecting performance and taste. The descaling indicator will alert you when descaling is necessary.

1. Preparació de la solució descalcificadora: Use a commercial descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines, or a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Follow the descaling product's instructions for concentration.

3. Cicle d'execució: Place an empty carafe under the brewing funnel and run a brewing cycle. Do not add coffee grounds.
4. Esbandida: After the descaling cycle, discard the solution. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water and run 2-3 full brewing cycles to thoroughly rinse the machine. This is crucial to remove any residual descaling solution.

Nota: The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of your water.
