Configuració i preparació inicial

Before using your ARCAN HJ3000JP jack for the first time, follow these steps to ensure proper assembly and operation:

2. Remove Retaining Wire: Locate and remove the retaining wire that holds the handle yoke in place during shipment. This wire is for packaging purposes only.

4. Purge Air (Bleeding): This step is crucial to remove any air trapped in the hydraulic system, ensuring optimal performance.
   • Rotate the handle to the right (clockwise) until it stops. This closes the release valve.
   • Rotate the handle to the left two complete rotations. This opens the release valve slightly.
   • Pump the handle 10 full incremental pump strokes without a load. This helps circulate the hydraulic fluid and expel air.
   • Then, rotate the handle to the right (clockwise) until it stops again.
5. Test Lift: Pump the handle to raise the lift arm to its maximum height without any load. Then, lower the lift arm by rotating the handle to the left. The jack is now ready for use.

Follow these steps for safe and effective vehicle lifting:

1. Preparar el vehicle: Park the vehicle on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and place the transmission in "Park" (automatic) or in gear (manual). Chock the wheels that will remain on the ground.
2. Col·loca el Jack: Locate the vehicle's designated lifting points (refer to your vehicle's owner's manual). Position the jack so that the lifting saddle is directly under the lifting point. Ensure the jack's rubber pad is properly seated.
3. Aixecar el vehicle: Close the release valve by rotating the handle clockwise until it is fully closed. Pump the handle steadily to raise the vehicle to the desired height. Lift only high enough to allow for the placement of jack stands.

5. Lower the Jack: Slowly and carefully rotate the handle counter-clockwise to open the release valve, allowing the jack to lower. Once the vehicle is fully supported by the jack stands, remove the jack.
6. Lower the Vehicle (After Work): When ready to lower the vehicle, carefully raise it slightly with the jack to remove the jack stands. Once jack stands are removed, slowly rotate the handle counter-clockwise to lower the vehicle completely to the ground. Remove the jack.
