4. Configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior de la unitat principal.
- Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
4.2. Fixació del maneguet
- Connect the air tube from the arm cuff to the air jack on the side of the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- The cuff should fit comfortably around your upper arm. Refer to the cuff size guide if available.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Preparació per a la mesura
- Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar o fer exercici durant almenys 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes in a quiet environment before taking a measurement.
- Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
- Col·loca el braç sobre una superfície plana de manera que el maneguet quedi a l'alçada del cor.
- Ensure clothing does not constrict your arm. Roll up sleeves if necessary.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
5.2. Prendre una mesura
- Press the "START/STOP" button to turn on the device. The display will show all symbols briefly, then "00".
- The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during inflation and measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Press the "START/STOP" button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after approximately one minute of inactivity.
5.3. Funció de memòria
The device stores up to 120 measurements. To view lectures anteriors:
- With the device off, press the "MEM" button.

- Press the "MEM" button repeatedly to scroll through older measurements.
- To exit memory mode, press the "START/STOP" button or wait for automatic shut-off.
6. Manteniment
6.1. Neteja

- Si no heu d'utilitzar el dispositiu durant un període prolongat, traieu-ne les piles per evitar fuites.
