3.1 Attaching the Blending Foot

1. Align the blending foot with the motor unit.
2. Push the blending foot onto the motor unit until it clicks securely into place.

3.2 Attaching the Whisk

3. Push the whisk gear box onto the motor unit until it clicks securely into place.

3.3 Attaching the Chopper

1. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.

4. Align the motor unit with the chopper lid and push it down until it clicks into place.

4. Funcionament

The Bosch ErgoMixx Hand Blender offers adjustable speed settings and a turbo function for optimal control.

4.1 Control de velocitat

The motor unit features a speed selector with 12 settings and a turbo button.

1. Velocitat ajustable: Rotate the speed selector on top of the motor unit to choose from 12 different speeds. Start with lower speeds for delicate ingredients and increase as needed.
2. Botó Turbo: For maximum power and quick processing, press and hold the turbo button. Release to stop.

4.2 Using the Blending Foot

Ideal for pureeing soups, sauces, and baby food, or mixing drinks.

1. Ensure the blending foot is securely attached to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients in a suitable container (e.g., the measuring cup or a deep pot).
3. Press the power button to start blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even results.

4.3 Using the Chopper

Perfect for quickly chopping herbs, nuts, onions, or small amounts of meat.

1. Munteu la picadora tal com es descriu a la secció 3.3.
2. Connecteu l'aparell.
3. Press the power button to start chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold for finer results.
4. Deixeu anar el botó d'engegada per aturar.

4.4 Ús de la batedora

Use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites, or mixing light batters for pancakes or cakes.

2. Connecteu l'aparell.
3. Immerse the whisk into the ingredients in a suitable bowl.
4. Press the power button to start whisking. Move the whisk in circular motions.
5. Deixeu anar el botó d'engegada per aturar.

5. Neteja i Manteniment

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your hand blender.

1. Desconnectar: Desconnecteu sempre l'aparell de la xarxa elèctrica abans de netejar-lo.
2. Unitat motora: Netegeu la unitat del motor amb l'anunciamp drap. No el submergiu en aigua ni el renteu amb aigua corrent.
3. Peces aptes per al rentavaixelles: The blending foot, whisk (without gear box), chopper bowl, chopper blade, and measuring cup are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water.
4. Whisk Gear Box: The whisk gear box should not be immersed in water. Wipe it with a damp tela.
5. Fulles: Handle the chopper blades with extreme care due to their sharpness. Use a brush for cleaning if necessary.
