1. Desembalatge

Before first use, clean the brew funnel, server, and sprayhead. Run several cycles of hot water through the brewer without coffee to flush the system.

1. Encès
Ensure the brewer is properly connected to power and water. Turn the main power switch to the "ON" position. The brewer will begin heating water to the optimal brewing temperature.
2. Preparing for Brewing
- Insert a clean filter into the brew funnel.
- Add the desired amount of ground coffee to the filter. Refer to your coffee supplier's recommendations for optimal brew strength.
- Slide the brew funnel into the funnel rails until it is securely in place.
- Place an empty server (e.g., 1.5GPR portable satellite server) under the brew funnel.

Once the water is heated (indicated by the "READY" light or display), press the "BREW" button on the touch pad. The brewer will dispense hot water over the coffee grounds. Brewing will stop automatically when the cycle is complete.
4. After Brewing
Carefully remove the server with brewed coffee. Allow the brew funnel to cool before removing and discarding the used coffee grounds and filter. Clean the brew funnel after each use.

Mineral deposits can accumulate inside the brewer, affecting performance. Descale the brewer periodically, depending on water hardness and usage. Use a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee brewers and follow the product's instructions. Always rinse the brewer thoroughly after descaling.
