4. Configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del monitor.
- Introduïu 4 piles AA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+ i -).
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
4.2. Col·locació del braçalet
- Insert the air plug of the cuff into the air jack on the side of the monitor.
- Assegureu-vos que la connexió sigui segura.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Abans de prendre una mesura
- Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar i fer exercici durant almenys 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
- Descansa almenys 15 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor and your arm supported at heart level.
5.2. Aplicació del braç
- Feu lliscar el braç esquerre per la llaçada del maniguet. El tub d'aire ha de baixar per la part interior del braç.
- Position the cuff so that the bottom edge is approximately 2-3 cm above your elbow joint.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The indicator arrow on the cuff should be centered over the brachial artery (inner side of the arm).
5.3. Prendre una mesura
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA button to turn on the monitor. The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Romandre quiet i en silenci durant la mesura.
- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- The monitor will automatically store the reading and shut off after a period of inactivity.
6. Funció de memòria
The HoMedics BPA-2000-EU monitor can store up to 120 measurements. To review lectures anteriors:

8. Manteniment i emmagatzematge
