The SARO THERMO 24 is a robust coffee machine designed for preparing large quantities of coffee quickly. It features a high-quality stainless steel construction and includes a 2.2-liter pump thermal carafe to keep your coffee at an optimal temperature.
2. Instruccions de seguretat

- Assegureu-vos que l'aparell estigui connectat a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra i el volum correctetage (230 V).

- Always place the coffee machine on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.

- Exercise extreme caution when handling hot liquids and steam. The thermal carafe and coffee machine components will be hot during and after brewing.

4. Configuració
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the appliance for any damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact your supplier.
- Col·locació: Place the coffee machine on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and keep it away from walls or other appliances.

- Neteja inicial: Before first use, clean all removable parts (thermal carafe, filter basket, reusable filter) with warm soapy water. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Run two full cycles with only water to flush the internal system.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
- Prepareu el filtre: Place the reusable filter or a paper filter (size 1x4 or similar) into the stainless steel filter basket.
- Afegeix el marc de cafè: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. For optimal results, use medium-ground coffee.
- Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Open the lid of the water tank. Using the stainless steel jug, fill the water tank with fresh, cold water up to the 2.2-liter mark. Do not overfill.
- Posició de la garrafa: Place the empty pump thermal carafe securely under the coffee outlet.
- Comença a fer cervesa: Switch on the coffee machine using the power switch. The indicator lights will illuminate. The brewing process will begin automatically.

- Brewing Time: The machine will brew 2.2 liters of coffee in approximately 5-6 minutes.
- Servei: Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the thermal carafe. To dispense coffee, press the pump mechanism on the carafe lid.

6. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your coffee machine. Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
6.1 Neteja diària
- Remove the filter basket and reusable filter. Discard used coffee grounds and rinse the filter and basket under running water.
- Empty and rinse the thermal carafe. Clean the interior with a bottle brush if necessary.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces of the coffee machine with a damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni fregalls.

6.2 Descalcificació
Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling should be performed regularly (e.g., every 1-3 months) to prevent mineral buildup.
- Prepare a descaling solution according to the manufacturer's instructions (e.g., citric acid solution or commercial descaler).
- Aboqueu la solució descalcificant al dipòsit d'aigua.
- Place the empty thermal carafe under the coffee outlet.
- Start a brewing cycle. Allow the solution to run through the machine.
- After the cycle, discard the solution from the carafe.
- Rinse the water tank thoroughly and run at least two full cycles with fresh, clean water to remove any descaler residue.
