Instruccions de funcionament

1. Preparar menjar: Place the food item (e.g., meat, cheese, vegetables) onto the food carriage. Ensure it is stable and will not shift during slicing.
2. Secure Food: Use the food pusher to firmly hold the food against the back plate and the food carriage. The hopper features exclusive heavy-duty plastic protection for safety.

4. Encès: Switch the slicer to the "ON" position. The blade will begin to rotate.

Manteniment i Neteja

WARNING: Always unplug the slicer before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

• Neteja diària: After each use, disassemble removable parts such as the food carriage and food pusher. Wash these parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
• Neteja de fulles: Exercise extreme caution when cleaning the blade. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the blade surface, always wiping from the center outwards to avoid accidental cuts. The increased blade and machine body gap makes cleaning easier.
