Configuració

1. Muntatge: Attach the D80 microphone to a standard microphone stand using the provided microphone clip. Ensure the microphone is securely fastened.
2. Connexió: Connect the microphone to your audio interface, mixer, or preamplifier using a balanced XLR cable. The D80 features an XLR connector for reliable signal transmission.
3. Posicionament:
   • For guitar cabinets, position the front of the microphone (indicated by "Front" on the casing) towards the speaker cone. Experiment with placement (center vs. edge) and distance for desired tonal characteristics.
   • For percussion, place the microphone to capture the primary sound source while minimizing bleed from other instruments. The supercardioid pattern helps in isolating the sound.
4. Guanyar Staging: Before use, set the gain on your audio interface or mixer to an appropriate level. Start with the gain low and gradually increase it until a strong, clear signal is achieved without clipping or distortion.
