1. Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Bosch MUZ5VL1 VeggieLove Grater and Slicer Accessory Kit. 4. Configuració

Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food as described in the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section.

1. Attaching the Accessory Housing:

   Ensure your Bosch MUM5 kitchen machine is switched off and unplugged. Attach the accessory housing to the designated drive on the kitchen machine. Refer to your kitchen machine's manual for specific attachment points.

   Select the desired stainless steel disc for your task. Place the disc onto the drive shaft inside the accessory housing. Ensure it sits securely.

3. Assegurar la tapa:

   Place the lid with the feed tube onto the accessory housing and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not correctly secured.

4. Positioning the Bowl:

   Place the mixing bowl of your kitchen machine directly underneath the accessory's output chute to collect the processed food.

This accessory is designed for grating, slicing, and shredding various fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.

1. Preparació:

   Wash and peel ingredients as necessary. Cut larger ingredients into pieces that fit comfortably into the feed tube.
2. Processament:

   Switch on your Bosch MUM5 kitchen machine to the recommended speed setting (refer to your kitchen machine's manual for specific speed recommendations for accessories). Place the prepared ingredients into the feed tube. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down onto the rotating disc. Do not apply excessive force.

3. Després de l'ús:

   Once all ingredients are processed, switch off the kitchen machine and unplug it from the power outlet. Carefully remove the accessory housing and disassemble it for cleaning.

• Do not process hard items like coffee beans, bones, or frozen foods, as this can damage the blades.

2. Neteja:

   All parts of the MUZ5VL1 accessory kit (housing, lid, food pusher, and discs) are generally dishwasher-safe. However, for best results and to maintain blade sharpness, hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended, especially for the discs. Use a brush to remove stubborn food residues. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.

   Precaució: The blades are very sharp. Handle discs with extreme care during cleaning.
