4. Configuració i connexió inicial

Before connecting the charger, ensure the area is well-ventilated and free from flammable materials.

1. Prepareu la bateria: If necessary, clean the battery terminals. For flooded lead-acid batteries, check the electrolyte level and top up with distilled water if needed.
2. Seleccioneu Voltage: On the FERVE F-705 charger, select the correct voltage (6V or 12V) using the corresponding switch. This must match the voltage of the battery you intend to charge.
3. Determine Current/Capacity: The F-705 offers 1.5 A and 3 A charging currents. For batteries with capacities between 9 Ah and 24 Ah, use the lower current setting (1.5 A). For batteries between 25 Ah and 45 Ah, use the higher current setting (3 A). 5. Instruccions de funcionament

Once connected, the charging process will begin. Monitor the analog ammeter to observe the charging current.

1. Càrrega del monitor: The ammeter will show a higher current at the beginning of the charge cycle, gradually decreasing as the battery charges.
2. End of Charge: The battery is fully charged when the ammeter needle drops to a very low reading or zero, indicating that the battery is no longer accepting significant current. The charger is a manual type, so it does not automatically shut off. You must disconnect it manually.
3. Desconnexió:
   • First, unplug the charger from the AC power outlet.
   • Then, disconnect the BLACK (-) negative clamp de la bateria.
