1. Introducció

The Vorago AVR-100 Voltage Regulator with Surge Protector is designed to safeguard your valuable electronic equipment from damaging voltage fluctuations and power surges. It provides stable power to connected devices, ensuring their longevity and reliable performance. This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your AVR-100.

3. Configuració

3.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the Vorago AVR-100 from its packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the device and contact your retailer.

3.2 Col·locació

Col·loca el voltage regulator on a stable, flat surface, ensuring proper ventilation around the unit. The AVR-100 is also designed for wall mounting to save space. Use the integrated mounting holes on the back of the unit to secure it to a wall using appropriate screws (not included).

3.3 Connexió de dispositius

Plug the power cord of the AVR-100 into a standard 120V AC wall outlet. The AVR-100 features 8 outlets: 4 regulated outlets and 4 surge-protected outlets. Connect your electronic devices to the appropriate outlets. For sensitive electronics like computers, monitors, and gaming consoles, use the regulated outlets. For other devices requiring surge protection, use the surge-protected outlets.

3.4 Encès

Once all devices are connected, press the power switch on the side of the unit to turn it on. The indicator lights on the front panel will illuminate, confirming the unit is operational.

4. Funcionament

The main power switch located on the side of the unit controls the power supply to all connected outlets. Press it to turn the unit on or off.

4.2 Llums indicadors

The AVR-100 features indicator lights on the front panel to show its operational status:

• Llum verda: Indica que el voltage regulator is providing stable power and surge protection.
• Yellow/Orange Light: May indicate a voltage fluctuation or an issue with the power supply. The regulator is actively working to stabilize the voltage.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

To clean the unit, first unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect all connected devices. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

In case of an overload or a significant power surge, the circuit breaker may trip to protect your devices.
