1. Salvaguardes importants

3. Configuració

Neteja inicial:

2. Wash the thermal carafe, carafe lid, removable water reservoir, and filter basket in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Before first use, brew two full carafes of water without coffee grounds to clean the internal components.

Muntatge:

2. Ensure the thermal carafe is properly seated on the warming plate.
3. Insert the filter basket into its designated slot.
4. Fill the removable water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the desired level (max 10 cups).

4. Instruccions de funcionament

Elaboració de cafè:

1. Assegureu-vos que la cafetera estigui connectada a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra.
2. Fill the removable water reservoir with fresh, cold water to the desired level.
3. Place a standard basket-style paper filter or the included reusable filter into the filter basket.
4. Add the desired amount of ground coffee to the filter. A general guideline is 1 tablespoon of coffee per cup.
5. Close the filter basket and ensure the thermal carafe is correctly positioned.
6. Press the "Brew Now" button to start the brewing cycle.
7. The Grab-A-Cup Auto Pause feature allows you to temporarily remove the carafe for a quick pour during brewing. Replace the carafe within 30 seconds to prevent overflow.

Setting the Delay Brew:

1. Prepare the coffee maker for brewing as described above (water, filter, coffee grounds).
2. Press the "Set Delay" button. The display will flash.
3. Use the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons to set your desired brew time.
4. Press the "Delay Brew" button to activate the timer. The indicator light will illuminate.

• Unplug the coffee maker and allow it to cool completely.

Descalcificació (mensual o segons calgui):

Mineral deposits from water can affect the performance and taste of your coffee. The coffee maker features a "Clean" cycle to facilitate descaling.

1. Empty the water reservoir and remove the filter basket.
2. Ompliu el dipòsit d'aigua amb 4 tasses de vinagre blanc sense diluir.
3. Place the empty thermal carafe with its lid on the warming plate.
4. Press the "Clean" button. The indicator light will illuminate.
5. Allow the cycle to complete (approximately 45-60 minutes). The coffee maker will automatically shut off.
6. After the cycle, discard the vinegar solution.
7. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water and run two full brewing cycles with water only to rinse thoroughly.
