- Període de garantia: The warranty period for this product is 1 year from the date of arrival. Please note that for back cameras, smartphone goods, and parts, the warranty period is 6 months.
- Initial Defect Period (within 14 days of arrival): If a defect is reported within 14 days of product arrival and confirmed, EONON will cover round-trip shipping costs for exchange. If the product is not returned within 7 days of receiving the return number, it will be handled under the standard warranty terms.
- Standard Warranty Period (15 days to 1 year after arrival): If a defect is reported within this period and confirmed, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for exchange.
