The BrassCraft Safety+PLUS Gas Appliance Connector is engineered to provide a secure and reliable connection for gas appliances. This connector features an Excess Flow Valve (EFV) designed to restrict gas flow to a non-hazardous level in the event of a gas line rupture or disconnect, enhancing safety in your home. Its ProCoat corrosion-resistant coating protects the stainless steel connector from harsh household chemicals, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

• Thread sealant (gas-rated)

Passos d'instal·lació:

1. Shut Off Gas Supply: Locate the main gas shut-off valve for your home or the appliance and turn it to the "OFF" position.
2. Preparar connexions: Ensure that the gas supply line and appliance inlet are clean and free of debris. Apply a gas-rated thread sealant to the male threads of the gas supply connection and the appliance inlet.
3. Connect to Gas Supply: Attach the 1/2 In. MIP end of the BrassCraft connector to the gas supply line or gas ball valve. Tighten securely with a wrench, ensuring not to overtighten.
