The AP240 is designed for ceiling mounting. Use the provided mounting bracket, screws, and anchors to secure the device to a suitable ceiling location. Ensure the chosen location allows for optimal Wi-Fi coverage and is within reach of a network cable connection.

Opcions d’alimentació

The AP240 supports multiple powering options for flexible deployment:

• 802.3af PoE+: Power the device directly through an Ethernet cable connected to a PoE+ switch.
• PoE passiu de 48 V: Use the included 48V Passive PoE adapter to inject power into the Ethernet cable.
• 12V/1A DC Power Supply: Connect the device to a standard 12V/1A DC power adapter (not included, but the port is available).

Modes de funcionament

The AP240 supports various operating modes to suit different network requirements:
