4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge i inspecció
Carefully unpack the welding machine and all accessories. Inspect for any shipping damage. If damage is found, contact your supplier immediately.

4.2 Connexió d'alimentació
The HITBOX TIG200A supports dual voltage input (110V/220V). Ensure the power source matches the machine's requirements and that the appropriate power cord and plug are used. A convert plug is included for convenience.

4.3 TIG Welding Setup
- Connect the TIG torch to the 'Cutting Torch' output terminal.

- Connect the shielding gas (Argon) cylinder to the gas inlet on the machine via a regulator and hose.

4.4 Stick (MMA) Welding Setup
- Connect the electrode holder to the 'Electrode Holder' output terminal.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Funcionament general

- For TIG welding, open the gas cylinder valve and set the gas flow rate using the air regulator.
- Wear all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including a welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing.
5.2 Procés de soldadura TIG

- Position the TIG torch over the workpiece with the tungsten electrode close to the joint.
- Press the torch trigger to initiate the arc. The high-frequency start will create an arc without touching the tungsten to the workpiece.
- Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed. Add filler rod manually if required.
- Release the torch trigger to stop welding. Allow post-flow gas to shield the weld puddle as it cools.
5.3 Stick (MMA) Welding Process
- Strike the electrode against the workpiece to initiate the arc.
- Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed, moving the electrode along the joint.
- Continue welding until the electrode is consumed or the weld is complete.
- Chip off any slag after the weld has cooled.

6. Manteniment
