4. Configuració inicial
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the grill.
- Neteja inicial: Before first use, wipe the grill plates and the fat drip tray with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry. The grill plates and drip tray are removable for thorough cleaning (see Section 6).

5.1 Preescalfament

5.2 Using as a Contact Grill
This mode is ideal for grilling sandwiches, paninis, meat, and vegetables, providing even cooking from both sides.

- Place your food onto the lower grill plate. Do not overload the grill.
- Close the top grill plate. The Vario-Flex grill plate system automatically adjusts to the thickness of your food.

- Use heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensils to remove food. Avoid metal utensils to prevent damage to the non-stick coating.

5.3 Using as a Table Grill (Open Mode)
For larger quantities or foods that do not require pressing, the grill can be fully opened to double the grilling surface.

6. Neteja i Manteniment
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your grill.

- Treure la safata de degoteig: Slide out the fat drip tray and empty its contents. Wash the tray with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.

- Neteja les plaques de graella: Wash the non-stick grill plates with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. For stubborn residue, soak the plates in warm water before cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Dry thoroughly.
