The Russound ADP-1.2 is a speaker-level to line-level adapter designed to convert high-level speaker outputs from an amplifier into low-level line outputs. This allows for connection to devices that require a line-level input, such as external amplifiers or subwoofers, especially in systems where the primary amplifier lacks dedicated pre-amp sortides.

It is specifically recommended for use with Russound CAA66 and MCA-66 systems to obtain line-level outputs for zones without pre-amp outputs. The unit features color-coded detachable 14-gauge snap connectors for easy installation.
