ROWI HGO 4200/2 BF Pure Premium+ Gas Heater

1. Informació important de seguretat

Read all instructions carefully before using the ROWI HGO 4200/2 BF Pure Premium+ Gas Heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, explosion, property damage, personal injury, or death.

• Minimum Room Volume: Ensure the room has a minimum volume of 40 m³ to prevent oxygen depletion.

2. Configuració i instal·lació

2.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

2.2 Fixació de rodes giratòries

The heater is equipped with caster wheels for mobility. If not pre-installed, attach the wheels to the designated points on the base of the heater using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened.

2.3 Gas Cylinder Installation

1. Open the door of the gas bottle compartment located at the rear of the heater.
2. Place a 5 kg or 11 kg (filling weight) propane/butane gas cylinder into the compartment. Ensure it sits securely.
3. Connect the provided gas hose to the gas cylinder valve. Tighten securely by hand, then use a wrench for a final snug fit. Do not overtighten.
4. Connect the other end of the gas hose to the integrated low-pressure regulator on the heater. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
5. Check all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Apply the solution to the connections; if bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections or replace components as necessary.
6. Close the gas bottle compartment door.

2.4 Heater Placement

Position the heater on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is sufficient clearance from walls and other objects (refer to safety distances in Section 1). The heater is designed for floor mounting and mobile use.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1 Engegar l'escalfador

1. Ensure the gas cylinder valve is fully open.
2. Press and hold the control knob (or ignition button, if separate) for a few seconds.
3. While holding, press the electronic piezo ignition button repeatedly until the burner ignites. You should see a visible blue flame.
4. Continue to hold the control knob for approximately 10-20 seconds after ignition to allow the thermocouple to heat up and engage the safety valve. Release the knob slowly. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the ignition process.

3.2 Ajust de la potència calorífica

The heater offers 2 heating settings. Rotate the control knob to select the desired heat output (e.g., 2000 W or 4200 W). The blue flame indicates the burner is active and providing heat.

3.3 Apagar l'escalfador

1. Gireu el botó de control a la posició 'OFF'.

• Neteja: Ensure the heater is completely cool and the gas supply is off. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the burner area clean and free of dust or debris.
• Gas Hose and Regulator Inspection: Periodically inspect the gas hose for cracks, kinks, or damage. Check the regulator for any signs of wear. Replace these components immediately if any damage is found. The gas hose should be replaced every 5 years, or sooner if damaged.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use for extended periods, disconnect the gas cylinder and store the heater in a dry, dust-free environment.
