Introducció
The BRITA Marella water filter jug is designed to provide great-tasting filtered water by reducing impurities from tap water. Configuració
- Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure you have the jug, lid, and MAXTRA+ filter cartridge.
- Clean the Jug: Wash the jug (excluding the lid) in a dishwasher or by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. The lid should be wiped clean with a damp tela.
- Prepare the MAXTRA+ Filter:
- Remove the filter from its protective wrapper.
- Submerge the filter in cold water for approximately 15 minutes to remove any air bubbles.
- Insereix el filtre: Place the prepared MAXTRA+ filter into the funnel of the jug. Press down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Filtració inicial: Fill the jug with tap water. Discard the first two filtered fillings. This primes the filter and ensures optimal performance.

- To activate the indicator after inserting a new filter, press and hold the 'START' button until the display shows 100%.
- The indicator will gradually decrease over approximately one month, signaling the remaining filter life.
- Abocament d'aigua: Once the water has filtered through, you can pour it directly from the jug. The lid is designed to prevent unfiltered water from mixing with filtered water during pouring.

Manteniment
- Neteja: The BRITA Marella jug (excluding the lid) is dishwasher safe. For the lid, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the lid in water or wash it in a dishwasher due to the electronic indicator.
