4. Configuració

Follow these steps to set up your VOX BC108 amplifier cabinet:

1. Col·locació: Position the BC108 cabinet on a stable surface. For optimal sound projection, consider placing it on the floor or on a sturdy stand.
2. Connexió a un Amplifier Head:

   Locate the speaker output jack on your amplifier head and one of the input jacks on the rear of the BC108 cabinet. Use a high-quality speaker cable to connect these two points. Ensure both the amplifier and the cabinet are powered off before making connections.

3. Coincidència d'impedància: The BC108 has an impedance of 8 Ohms. Ensure your amplifier head's output impedance setting matches or is compatible with the cabinet's impedance to prevent damage to your ampmés viu.
4. Parallel Speaker Jacks: The BC108 features two parallel speaker jacks. One jack serves as the input from your amplifier, and the other can be used to connect an additional speaker cabinet in parallel. When connecting two 8-Ohm cabinets in parallel, the total impedance presented to the amplifier will be 4 Ohms. Ensure your amplifier can safely operate at this lower impedance.

5. Funcionament

The BC108 is a passive speaker cabinet and its operation is directly controlled by the connected ampcap lifier.

• Encès/apagat: Enceneu el vostre amplifier head after all connections are securely made. Turn off the amplifier head before disconnecting any cables.
• Control de volum: Adjust the volume and tone settings directly on your ampcap lifier.
• Daisy-Chaining (Connecting Multiple Cabinets): If you wish to connect a second 8-Ohm cabinet, use a speaker cable to connect the second parallel jack on the BC108 to the input of the additional cabinet. Remember that this configuration will result in a 4-Ohm load for your ampmés viu.

6. Manteniment

• Neteja: Wipe the exterior of the cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.
