1. Informació de seguretat

3. Configuració

3.1 Preparing the Paint Material

1. Ensure the paint, lacquer, or stain is suitable for spraying. Refer to the material manufacturer's instructions.
2. Use the provided viscosity measuring cup to check the material's viscosity. If too thick, thin the material according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Filter the prepared material to remove any lumps or impurities that could clog the nozzle.

3.2 Assembling the Paint Gun

1. Ensure the paint gun is unplugged from the power supply.
2. Select the appropriate nozzle for your material and desired spray pattern.
3. Attach the spray head to the main unit by twisting it securely.
4. Fill the paint container with the prepared material. Do not overfill.
5. Screw the filled paint container onto the spray head unit until it is firmly attached.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Adjusting Paint Flow

The paint flow can be adjusted to suit the material and desired coverage. Rotate the paint flow regulation knob to increase or decrease the material output.

4.2 Ajust del patró de polvorització

The air outlet cap can be adjusted to achieve vertical, horizontal, or circular spray patterns. Rotate the air cap to align the desired pattern with the nozzle.

4.3 Tècnica de polvorització

1. Hold the paint gun approximately 15-30 cm (6-12 inches) from the surface.
2. Maintain a consistent distance and speed for an even finish.
3. Start spraying off the workpiece and move across, releasing the trigger off the workpiece to avoid overspray and drips.
4. Apply thin, even coats rather than one thick coat. Allow adequate drying time between coats.

Proper cleaning after each use is crucial for the longevity and performance of your paint gun.

5.1 Immediate Cleaning

1. Unplug the paint gun from the power supply.
2. Empty any remaining material from the paint container.
3. Fill the container with an appropriate cleaning solution (water for water-based paints, solvent for oil-based paints/lacquers).
4. Spray the cleaning solution through the gun until it runs clear.

5.2 Detailed Cleaning

1. Remove the paint container and spray head.
2. Disassemble the spray head, including the nozzle and air cap.
3. Use the provided cleaning brush and purification needle to thoroughly clean all components that came into contact with the material. Pay special attention to the nozzle and air cap holes.
4. Rinse all parts with clean water or appropriate solvent.

5.3 Emmagatzematge

Once clean and dry, reassemble the paint gun. The integrated suspension system allows for easy storage in a minimal space. Store the unit in a dry, dust-free environment, out of reach of children.
