2. Instruccions de seguretat
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.
- Seguretat elèctrica: Ensure the power supply matches the pump's specifications (1 x 220-240 V, 50 Hz). All electrical connections must be performed by a qualified electrician and comply with local regulations. Disconnect power before any maintenance or installation.
- Entorn d'instal·lació: Install the pump in a dry, well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and frost. The maximum ambient temperature should not exceed +40 °C.
- Temperatura del líquid: The liquid temperature range is 0 °C to +35 °C for domestic use (EN60335-2-41) and 0 °C to +40 °C for other uses. Do not pump liquids outside this range.
- Pressió: The maximum operating pressure is 6 bar (600 kPa). Do not exceed this pressure.
- Protecció: The pump has an IP 44 protection rating (IP 55 at the terminal board) and Class F insulation.

3. Configuració i instal·lació
3.1 Desembalatge
Carefully remove the pump from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to the supplier immediately.
3.2 Muntatge
Mount the pump on a stable, level surface to minimize vibration. Secure it using appropriate fasteners. Ensure there is adequate space around the pump for ventilation and maintenance.

3.4 Connexions elèctriques
Connect the pump to a suitable power supply (1 x 220-240 V, 50 Hz) via a dedicated circuit breaker or fuse. Ensure proper grounding. The pump has integrated thermo-amperometric protection and a permanently inserted capacitor.
4. Funcionament

Before the first start-up, the pump body must be filled with the liquid to be pumped through the dedicated filling plug. This is crucial for the self-priming function. Once filled, replace the plug securely.
