4. Configuració
4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del dispositiu.
- Open the cover by sliding or unscrewing it (refer to the markings on the device).
- Insert a new 9V dry cell battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
4.2 Encès inicial
Press the power button to turn on the device. The display will illuminate, showing the selected material mode and a default measurement value. The device is now ready for operation.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Selecting Measurement Depth
The GMK100 allows you to switch between two measurement depths: 10mm and 25mm. This feature is crucial for accurately assessing moisture at different depths within a material.
- Press the 'DEPTH' button (or equivalent, refer to device markings) to toggle between 10mm and 25mm.
- The selected depth will be indicated on the display.
5.2 Selecting Material Characteristic Curve
The device includes 18 pre-programmed characteristic curves for various materials. Selecting the correct curve is essential for accurate moisture readings.
- Press the 'MATERIAL' button (or equivalent) to cycle through the available material curves.
- Each curve corresponds to a specific material type (e.g., different types of wood, concrete, plaster). Refer to the device's internal material list or a separate reference guide for details on each curve.
- Once the desired material curve is selected, the device is ready to measure.
5.3 Prendre una mesura
- Ensure the correct measurement depth and material curve are selected.
- Place the measurement sensor flat against the surface of the material to be tested. Apply gentle, even pressure.
- The moisture reading (u% or w%) will be displayed instantly.
- For consistent results, take multiple readings in different spots on the material.
6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja
- Netegeu el dispositiu amb un suau, damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Ensure the sensor surface is clean and free of debris for accurate measurements.
6.2 Emmagatzematge
- Store the GMK100 in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- The recommended storage temperature is -25 to +70°C.
- Si l'emmagatzemeu durant períodes prolongats, retireu la bateria per evitar fuites.
6.3 Substitució de la bateria
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace the 9V dry cell battery as described in Section 4.1.
7. Solució De Problemes
