This manual provides important information regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of your new exhaust fan. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference.

2. Informació de seguretat

3. Contingut del paquet

4. Configuració i instal·lació

This product is designed for DIY installation, but electrical connections should be made by a qualified professional.

4.1 Llista de comprovació prèvia a la instal·lació

• Ensure the ceiling space has a minimum clearance of 100mm above the unit for proper ventilation.
• The fan requires a cut-out size of Ø290mm. Use the provided cut-out template.
• Comproveu que la font d'alimentació sigui de 220-240 V.
• Confirm the installation location is suitable for a bathroom, ensuite, or laundry room.

4.2 Passos d'instal·lació

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Desconnecteu l'alimentació a l'interruptor principal abans de començar qualsevol treball elèctric.
2. Preparació de l'obertura: Using the provided cut-out template, mark and cut a Ø290mm hole in the ceiling.
3. Posició del ventilador: Insert the fan unit into the prepared ceiling opening. Ensure it is securely seated. The maximum height of the unit is 154mm, with 128mm above the ceiling.
4. Connexió elèctrica: Connect the fan's cord to the main power supply. This step deu be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
5. Unitat segura: Use appropriate fasteners (not supplied) to secure the fan housing to the ceiling joists or framing.
6. Fixar la reixa: Once the fan is securely installed and wired, attach the removable grille by aligning it with the fan housing and snapping it into place.
7. Restaura l'alimentació: Un cop finalitzada la instal·lació i comprovada tota la connexió, restableu l'alimentació a l'interruptor principal.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

The Heller exhaust fan is designed for simple operation.

• Encès/apagat: The fan and LED light are typically controlled by a standard wall switch connected during installation. Flip the switch to turn the unit on or off.
• Ventilació: Allow the fan to operate for a sufficient period after showering or bathing to effectively remove moisture and odors from the room.
• Llum LED: The integrated 8W LED light provides energy-efficient illumination (up to 6000K). It operates concurrently with the fan.

6. Manteniment

Regular cleaning will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your exhaust fan.

6.1 Cleaning the Grille and Fan Blades

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Desconnecteu sempre l'alimentació del ventilador a l'interruptor automàtic abans de netejar-lo.
2. Elimina la graella: Gently pull down or unclip the removable grille from the fan housing.
3. Neteja la graella: Wash the grille with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reattaching.
4. Neteja de les aspes del ventilador: Carefully wipe the fan blades and interior housing with a damp drap. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni dissolvents. Assegureu-vos que no entri aigua a la carcassa del motor.
5. Torneu a col·locar la reixa: Un cop neta i seca, torneu a fixar la reixeta a la carcassa del ventilador.
6. Restaura l'alimentació: Resta l'alimentació al disjuntor.

Nota: The motor is a ball bearing type and does not require lubrication. The LED light is not user-serviceable.
