4. Configuració
4.1 Desembalatge
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and supplier. Do not discard packaging until the unit has been inspected and is operational.

Place the refrigerator on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (275 lbs empty). Ensure adequate air circulation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 6 inches of clearance from walls or other equipment for proper ventilation of the condenser coil. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

4.3 Connexió elèctrica
Connect the unit to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical outlet. The unit comes with a Type B - 3 pin (North American) power plug. Ensure the electrical supply matches the requirements of the unit. Do not use adapters or extension cords.

4.5 Shelf and Pan Container Installation
Install the two wire shelves into the desired positions within the refrigerated compartments. Place the 24 1/6 pan containers into the mega top section. Ensure all components are securely in place.

4.6 Inici inicial
After placement and electrical connection, allow the unit to sit for at least 2 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Plug in the unit and allow it to run for several hours to reach the desired operating temperature before loading with food products.

5.1 Control digital de temperatura
The unit is equipped with a digital temperature control system for precise adjustment. The display shows the current internal temperature. Use the up and down arrows to set the desired temperature. The recommended operating temperature for food safety is between 33°F and 41°F (0.5°C and 5°C).

5.2 Loading the Unit
Do not overload the shelves or block the internal air vents. Proper air circulation is crucial for maintaining consistent temperatures. Ensure doors are closed completely after each use to prevent temperature fluctuations and excessive energy consumption.
5.3 Mega Top Usage
The mega top is designed to hold 1/6 size food pans. Keep the covers closed when not actively preparing food to maintain temperature and hygiene. Ensure food products are pre-chilled before placing them in the mega top pans.

6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja regular
- Interior: Clean regularly with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Remove shelves and pan containers for separate cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads or cleaners that can scratch the finish.
- Juntes de la porta: Inspect door gaskets regularly for tears or damage. Clean with warm, soapy water to ensure a tight seal. Replace damaged gaskets promptly to maintain efficiency.
