4. Setup and Installation (Rewiring)

This section details the steps to properly rewire the tekit Schuko plug to your desired cable. Ensure you have the necessary tools: a screwdriver, wire strippers, and the appropriate electrical cable.

1. Prepare the Plug: Locate the small screw on the side of the plug casing. Use a screwdriver to loosen and remove this screw. Carefully separate the two halves of the plug casing to expose the internal screw terminals.

5. Reassemble the Plug: Carefully align the two halves of the plug casing, ensuring no wires are pinched. Reinsert and tighten the casing screw. Ensure the cable is properly seated in the strain relief mechanism to prevent damage from pulling.
