3. Configuració i primer ús
3.1 Desembalatge

- Wash the water tank, drip tray, coffee grounds container, and milk carafe with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
3.2 Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua

- Place the water tank back into the machine, ensuring it is seated correctly.
3.3 Installing the AquaClean Filter
The AquaClean filter helps to purify water and reduce descaling frequency.
- Submerge the AquaClean filter in cold water for 5 seconds until no more air bubbles emerge.
- Insert the filter into the water tank.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the AquaClean filter in the machine's menu.
3.4 Omplir la tolva de grans de cafè
- Obriu la tapa de la tremuja de mongetes.
- Aboqueu grans de cafè acabats de fer a la tremuja. No ompliu per sobre del nivell MÀX.

3.5 Cicle d'esbandida inicial
After initial setup, the machine will prompt you to perform an initial rinse cycle. Follow the on-screen instructions. This primes the system and cleans internal components.

4.1 Preparació del cafè

- Select your desired coffee beverage from the display.
- To customize, press the "My Coffee Choice" button (or similar icon) to adjust:
- Aroma Strength: Choose from mild, medium, or strong.
- Coffee Length: Adjust the volume of coffee.

4.2 Preparació de begudes a base de llet
The integrated milk carafe allows for automatic preparation of cappuccinos and latte macchiatos.

4.3 Ús de cafè premolt
Your machine has a dedicated compartment for pre-ground coffee.
- Open the lid of the pre-ground coffee compartment (usually next to the bean hopper).
- Add one scoop of pre-ground coffee. Do not add more than one scoop to avoid clogging.
- Select the pre-ground coffee option from the menu before selecting your beverage.

5. Neteja i Manteniment

5.1 Neteja diària
- Safata de degoteig i contenidor de cafè mòlt: Buideu i esbandiu diàriament. La màquina us avisarà quan el recipient de mòlt estigui ple.
- Carafa de llet: After each use, perform the quick clean cycle for the milk carafe. For thorough cleaning, disassemble and wash all parts with warm water and mild detergent.
- Broc de cafè: Netegeu el broc del cafè amb anunciamp tela.
5.2 Neteja setmanal
- Brewing Group: Remove the brewing group (refer to the machine's internal diagram for location). Rinse it thoroughly under lukewarm running water. Allow it to air dry before reinserting. Do not use detergent.
- Dipòsit d'aigua: Rinse the water tank and wipe the inside with a clean cloth.
5.3 Descalcificació
The machine features a guided descaling process. The frequency depends on water hardness and AquaClean filter usage.
- The machine will display a message when descaling is required.
- Use only Philips/Saeco descaling solution.
- Follow the on-screen instructions precisely to complete the descaling cycle.
5.4 AquaClean Filter Replacement
Replace the AquaClean filter every three months, or when the machine indicates. Refer to section 3.3 for installation.
