Follow these steps to assemble your DEWALT Wet/Dry Vac before first use.

1. Desempaquetar components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all listed parts are present.
2. Fixeu les rodes: Turn the collection tank upside down. Insert the caster feet into the slots on the bottom of the tank. Secure them with the provided screws if necessary. Ensure they swivel freely.
3. Instal·leu el filtre (captació en sec): For dry vacuuming, slide the cartridge filter over the filter cage until it rests against the lid. Secure it with the filter nut. For wet pickup, remove the dry filter and ensure the foam filter (if included, or use without dry filter) is in place.

Aspiració en sec:

Ensure the cartridge filter is properly installed for dry debris collection. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet. Turn the vacuum on using the power switch. Guide the nozzle over the area to be cleaned. For optimal performance, empty the tank and clean the filter regularly.

Aspiració humida:

Before wet vacuuming, remove the cartridge filter. If a foam filter is provided, install it. The vacuum is equipped with Safe Buoy Technology, which automatically shuts off suction when the water level reaches its maximum capacity, preventing overflow. Once the tank is full, the motor sound will change, and suction will cease. Turn off the vacuum, unplug it, and empty the tank.

The DEWALT DXV06P features a built-in blower port. To use this function, detach the hose from the vacuum port and insert it into the blower port located on the power head. This allows you to blow sawdust, debris, or leaves from various surfaces.
