Configuració i primer ús

Abans del primer ús:

1. Unpack the iron and its accessories.
2. Assegureu-vos de retirar tots els materials d'embalatge.
3. Fully unroll the power cable of the charging base.
4. It is normal to find visible water droplets in the tank, indicating factory testing for quality performance.

Omplir amb aigua:

1. Assegureu-vos que la planxa estigui desendollada de la xarxa elèctrica.
2. Obriu la tapa del broc d'ompliment.
3. Fill the tank, taking care to respect the MAX level (indicated on the iron).
4. Close the filling spout lid completely.

Instruccions de funcionament

Ús general:

1. Connect the charging base to the mains power supply (16 Amp plug recommended).
2. Place the iron onto the charging base.
3. Turn the thermostat control to the desired temperature position based on the fabric type. Refer to the temperature guide below.
4. Wait until the pilot light (if present) goes out, indicating that the appliance has reached the adequate temperature.
5. During use, the pilot light will automatically flash on and off, indicating that the heating elements are operating to maintain the desired temperature.

• •• Temperature for silk, wool (Minimum temperature for ironing with steam).

If a garment has various kinds of fibres, select the temperature for the fibre that requires the lowest temperature. For example, select the temperature for polyester for a fabric made out of 60% polyester and 40% cotton.

Using Steam Functions:

• Vapor continu: Ensure the water tank is filled and the temperature is set to a steam-appropriate level (•• or •••). The iron will produce continuous steam.
• Esclat de vapor: For stubborn creases, press the steam burst button. This releases a powerful burst of steam. Do not use more than 2 times every 30 seconds to allow the iron to reheat.
• Funció de polvorització: Use the spray button to lightly moisten fabrics before ironing, which helps in removing wrinkles.
• Vapor vertical: Hold the iron vertically and press the steam burst button to steam hanging garments, curtains, or drapes.

Funcionament sense fil:

The iron can be lifted from its charging base for cordless use. It retains heat for approximately 30-40 seconds, providing freedom of movement. Return the iron to the base periodically to reheat and maintain optimal temperature.

Manteniment i cura

Neteja de la planxa:

1. Always unplug the iron from the mains and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Netegeu l'exterior de la planxa amb anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
3. Netegeu la sola amb adamp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner if necessary. Avoid scratching the soleplate with metal objects.

The self-clean function helps remove calcium buildup and other impurities from your steam iron, ensuring optimal performance and preventing blockages.

1. Ompliu el dipòsit d'aigua fins al nivell MÀX.
2. Posa el dial de temperatura a MAX.
3. Plug in the iron and allow it to heat up until the pilot light goes out.
4. Desendolla la planxa.

6. Press and hold the self-clean button (if available) or activate the self-clean function as per the specific model's instructions. Hot water and steam will flush out impurities from the soleplate holes.

9. Unplug and store once cool.

Anti-Calc Function and Descaling Recommendations:

The anti-calc function works to reduce mineral deposits, especially when using hard water. For optimal performance, the use of distilled water is recommended.

To correctly work and keep the iron free of lime scale or magnesium incrustation caused by the use of hard water:
