2.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Mesurador

The HIOKI 3280-10F is a thin and robust AC clamp meter, an essential tool for electricians. It allows for easy measurement of AC current, AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance, and continuity. Its compact design with a jaw thickness of 9.5mm enables measurements in confined spaces. The meter supports an optional AC flexible current sensor (CT6280) for enhanced versatility and features an expanded operating temperature range for use in diverse environments.

3. Configuració

3.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Assegureu-vos que l'instrument està apagat.
2. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior de la unitat.
3. Obriu la tapa de la bateria.
4. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries (LR6), observing correct polarity.
5. Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.

Connexió de cables de prova

1. Connect the red test lead to the LINE terminal and the black test lead to the EARTH terminal.
2. Assegureu-vos que les connexions siguin fermes i segures.

3.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Mesurador

Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Assegureu-vos que l'instrument està apagat.
2. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria.
3. Obriu la tapa de la bateria.
4. Insert one (1) CR2032 coin-type lithium battery, observing correct polarity.
5. Tanqueu la tapa de la bateria amb seguretat.

Connexió de cables de prova

1. Connecteu el cable de prova vermell al terminal VΩ i el cable de prova negre al terminal COM.
2. Assegureu-vos que les connexions siguin fermes i segures.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 HIOKI IR4051-10 Digital Insulation Tester

Mesura de la resistència d'aïllament

1. Turn the rotary switch to the desired insulation resistance voltage (50 V, 125 V, 250 V, 500 V o 1000 V).
2. Connecteu els cables de prova al circuit que es prova.
3. Press and hold the MEASURE button. The measurement will begin, and the result will be displayed.
4. Release the MEASURE button to stop the measurement. The circuit will automatically discharge.

DC Voltage Mesura

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position.
2. Connecteu els cables de prova a través del voltatge de CCtage font.

Vol. ACtage Mesura

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V.' position. The meter will automatically detect AC or DC.

Low Resistance Measurement (Continuity Check)

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'Ω' position.
2. Connect the test leads to the circuit or component to be checked.
3. The resistance value will be displayed. If the resistance is below a certain threshold (e.g., 6Ω), the continuity buzzer will sound.

4.2 HIOKI 3280-10F AC Clamp Mesurador

Mesura de corrent altern

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'A~' position.
2. Obriu el clamp jaws and enclose a single conductor. Ensure the jaws are fully closed.
3. The AC current value will be displayed.

Vol. ACtage Mesura

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V~' position.
2. Connecteu els cables de prova en paral·lel al voltatge de CAtage font.

DC Voltage Mesura

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'V=' position.

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'Ω' position.

3. Connect the test leads across the component to measure resistance.
4. The resistance value will be displayed.

Comprovació de continuïtat

1. Turn the rotary switch to the 'Ω' position.

4. If continuity exists (resistance below threshold), the buzzer will sound.

5. Manteniment

Canvi de bateria

Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to the 'Battery Installation' section for specific instructions for each model.

Neteja

Wipe the instrument with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild detergent, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Emmagatzematge

When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the instruments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Sense poder
