5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
The thermometer uses one LR1154 battery. If the display does not turn on or appears dim, the battery may need to be installed or replaced.
- Locate the battery compartment, usually on the back or side of the thermometer.
- Open the compartment cover using a small screwdriver or coin if necessary.

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Encès/Apagat
- Premeu el botó ON/OFF botó per encendre el termòmetre.
- Premeu el botó ON/OFF button again to turn the thermometer off. The device also features an auto-off function to save battery.
6.2 Selecting Temperature Unit (°C/°F)
- With the thermometer on, press the ° C / ° F botó per canviar entre les unitats de temperatura Celsius i Fahrenheit.
6.3 Prendre una lectura de temperatura
- Remove the protective probe cover.
- Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone or gristle.
- Wait for approximately 1 second for the digital display to show a stable temperature reading.
- Once the reading is taken, remove the probe from the food.
6.4 Funció Hold
- Premeu el botó MANTENIM button to freeze the current temperature reading on the display.
- Premeu el botó MANTENIM button again to release the reading and return to live temperature measurement.
6.5 Calibration (CAL)
The thermometer is factory calibrated for accuracy. The CAL button is typically for advanced calibration procedures and should generally not be used by the end-user unless specific instructions are provided for field calibration. Incorrect calibration can lead to inaccurate readings.
