Configuració
1. Instal·lació
The Maxi-Paw sprinkler can be installed using either the side or bottom inlet. Ensure the connection size is appropriate (1/2" or 3/4" NPT). Dig a trench and connect the sprinkler to your irrigation system piping. Position the sprinkler head so that its top is flush with the ground level when retracted.

2. Nozzle Selection and Installation
The Maxi-Paw comes with seven interchangeable, color-coded nozzles. Select the appropriate nozzle based on your desired flow rate (GPM) and pressure (PSI) requirements for uniform coverage. Nozzles can be changed without tools.
- Gently pull up the sprinkler stem to access the nozzle.
- Remove the existing nozzle by pulling it out.
- Insert the desired nozzle into the nozzle port until it clicks securely into place.

3. Ajust de l'arc
The sprinkler's arc can be adjusted from 20° to 340° for part-circle operation, or set to 360° for full-circle coverage. Adjustments are typically made by rotating the adjustment collars or levers on the sprinkler head. Refer to the diagram for specific adjustment points.

Instruccions de funcionament
Once installed and adjusted, the Rain Bird Maxi-Paw operates automatically with your irrigation system. When water pressure is applied, the sprinkler head will pop up and begin rotating, distributing water according to the selected nozzle and arc settings. The double-weighted arm ensures slower rotation and increased throw distance, while the powerful reverse action provides consistent coverage.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Maxi-Paw sprinkler.
