Introducció

The Big Green Egg Egg Genius is a WiFi-enabled device designed to control and monitor the temperature of your Big Green Egg grill. Instruccions de configuració

The Egg Genius provides automated temperature control and monitoring for your Big Green Egg.

1. Starting the Cook:
   • Ignite your charcoal in the Big Green Egg as usual.
   • Allow the grill to reach approximately 75% of your target temperature before engaging the Egg Genius. This allows the charcoal to establish a stable burn.
   • Once the grill is approaching the target temperature, activate the Egg Genius via the app. The variable speed blower will adjust to bring the grill to the precise set temperature.
