Introducció

Configuració

Desembalatge i col·locació

1. Traieu tots els materials d'embalatge i inspeccioneu la unitat per detectar qualsevol dany.
2. Place the ice maker on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
3. Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in, especially if it was transported horizontally. This allows the refrigerant to settle.

The Hicon Ice Maker offers two methods for water supply:

1. Automatic Water Supply (using a water bottle): Place a standard 2, 3, or 5-gallon water bottle onto the top dispenser opening. Ensure the bottle is securely seated.
2. Subministrament manual d'aigua: Open the top lid and pour potable water directly into the water reservoir until it reaches the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.

Nota: The melted ice water is recycled back into the reservoir for subsequent ice production cycles.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Encès: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to start the unit.
2. Selecciona la mida del gel: Premeu el botó ICE CUBE SIZE SELECTION button repeatedly to cycle through the available ice sizes: Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
3. Producció de gel: The unit will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take 6-10 minutes. Subsequent batches will be produced continuously.
4. Indicador de gel ple: Quan la cistella de gel està plena, el ICE PLE indicator light will illuminate, and the machine will pause ice production. Remove ice to resume operation.
5. Water Shortage Indicador: Si el dipòsit d'aigua és baix, el SHOR D'AIGUATAGE indicator light will illuminate. Add more water using either the automatic or manual method.
6. Dispense Cold Water: To dispense cold water, place a glass under the cold water tap and press the AIGUA button. The water nozzle can be extended and retracted.

Nota: The ice produced can remain in the basket for approximately 1-2 hours if the machine is turned off, but it is not a freezer and ice will eventually melt.

Neteja

1. Abans de la neteja: Always unplug the ice maker from the power outlet.

4. Drenatge: Periodically drain any remaining water from the reservoir using the drain plug located at the bottom or back of the unit (refer to specific model for exact location).
5. First Use Recommendation: For best taste, clean the unit thoroughly before its first use.

Emmagatzematge

If the ice maker will not be used for an extended period, drain all water, clean the unit, and allow it to dry completely before storing in a cool, dry place.
